  • How do I place a 3D printing or laser engraving order?

    Simply visit our Store page to browse ready-made products, or go to our Custom page to request a custom project. For ready-made items, add them to your cart and checkout. For custom projects, fill out the form and we'll send you a quote within 24 hours.

  • How fast is your delivery?

    Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Custom orders typically take 3-7 business days for production before shipping. We ship across Canada with tracking on all orders.

  • What file types do you accept for custom prints?

    For 3D printing: STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. For laser engraving: SVG, DXF, AI, and PDF files. Don't have a file? No problem! Describe your idea and we can create a 3D model for you.

  • Can I personalize products with a name or custom text?

    Yes! Many of our products offer personalization options. Look for the 'Personalized' variant when selecting options. You can add names, dates, or custom text to make your item unique.

  • Do you accept orders from schools and educational institutions?

    Absolutely! We are an official supplier for Centre de service scolaire des affluents and accept purchase orders (bons de commande) from schools. We offer Net 30 payment terms and volume discounts for educational orders.

  • What materials do you use for 3D printing?

    We primarily use PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based biodegradable plastic that's safe and eco-friendly. We can print in up to 18 colors simultaneously for vibrant, detailed results. For specific material requirements, contact us.

  • Can you reproduce an existing part or object?

    Yes! If you have a broken part or want to replicate an existing object, send us photos and measurements. We can create a 3D model and print a replacement or reproduction for you.

  • What are your payment options?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For businesses and schools, we also accept purchase orders with Net 30 payment terms.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes! We offer automatic discounts on bulk orders: 10% off for 10+ units, 15% off for 25+ units, 20% off for 50+ units, and 25% off for 100+ units. Contact us for custom quotes on larger orders.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking details at any time.

We ship across Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, and ChitChats. • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days • Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD All orders include tracking. Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. • Defective items: Full refund or replacement, no questions asked • Wrong item received: Full refund or replacement + return shipping covered • Change of mind: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. IMPORTANT: Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, as they are made specifically for you. Returns for personalized items are only accepted if the item is defective or incorrect. To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item. We typically respond within 24 hours.
